Complaints about a practitioner
We cannot investigate a practitioner and we hold no information about anyone's practice. The routes that can act are set out below.
- The treating practitioner or clinic first, in writing, keeping a copy.
- Their statutory regulator: GMC for doctors, NMC for nurses.
- A voluntary register, if they belong to one: JCCP or Save Face.
- Your local authority, where the premises are licensed.
- The MHRA, where the concern is about the device itself rather than its use.

If you have submitted an enquiry and want your details removed, write to the address above and they are deleted. No reason is needed and nothing is asked in return.
Common questions
Can you tell me if I am suitable for this treatment?
No. That assessment requires someone qualified to examine your skin in person, and no website can do it. Our candidate self-assessment page is a structured way to prepare for that conversation rather than a substitute for it.
Can you recommend a clinic near me?
No. We do not list, rate or recommend clinics, because we are not in a position to assess them. The questions-to-ask page explains how to evaluate a practitioner yourself, and the public registers linked throughout this site let you verify their registration.
I have a complication. What should I do?
Contact the practitioner who treated you, promptly and in writing as well as in person. If you cannot reach them and you are concerned, contact your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999. This site cannot advise on a complication.
How do I get my details removed?
Write to editor@morpheus8elite.co.uk and ask. Your details are deleted, no reason is needed and nothing further is required from you.
